一、公司介绍
(一)空中客车
      空中客车公司是航空、航天及相关服务领域的全球领导者,为市场提供涵盖100座到600座以上级别最完善的民用飞机系列产品。同时,空中客车是欧洲领先的加油机、战斗机、运输机以及特种任务飞机制造商,也是全球领先的航天企业之一。截至目前,空中客车及其合资企业在华员工总数约2000人
(二)空客(北京)工程技术中心
      空客(北京)工程技术中心成立于2005年,主要为空客中国及中国境内及境外空客关联公司提供工程部件的工程研究,开发,设计等工作。项目涉及空客各类机型如A320,A330,A350,A380零部件的改型设计和制造支持,并提供相关金属和复合材料评估报告和维修方案。升级改装与R&T研发项目致力于将空客的新设计新技术应用于飞机上,以提高飞机运营的安全可靠性及提升乘客体验,并持续探索创新。
      空客(北京)工程技术中心于2016年被评定为北京市高新技术企业,有工程师150人左右,为员工提供完善的职业发展与培训计划。
二、面向对象

2019-2020年应届毕业生
工程相关专业如力学,材料,机械设计,飞行器设计,飞行器动力,航空工程等
三、招聘岗位

Stress Engineer
Responsibilities:
     Detail stressing of components and mechanisms according with Airbus procedures, standards and methods.
     Analysis static strength and dynamic capabilities with the provided loads to calculate strength margins and generate reports.
     Application of finite element method or classic analyzing methods to predict the failure modes of aircraft metallic and composite structures.
     Generate fatigue spectrum from aircraft cycle definition files and loading data and perform fatigue and damage tolerance analysis.
     Manufacture support: application of stress analysis on non-conformity handling for element parts or  assembly.
Qualifications Requirements:

     Knowledge of mechanics for metal and composite; knowledge of fatigue and damage tolerance (crack propagation)
     Experience of stress/strength/life analysis with mechanical structure like cars, ships, a plus in aircraft  domain
     Know about FEM basic theory; has FEM (finite element methods) experience such as
     Patran/Nastran, HyperWorks, Abaqus etc
     A plus if has capability in programming with VBA, Python
     A plus if a quick learner and a technical thinking inclination.
     Be able to work in English in terms of reading, writing; basic listening and speaking
Design Engineer
Responsibilities:
      Develop aircraft structure design in consistency with the state of art technologies and process regarding metallic, composites or any other as specifically requested by the daily operations.
      Implement requirements from production, maintenance, etc as regards of tolerance, accessibility, reparability, cost, interchangeability, etc….
      Use CAD tools as well as other product cycle management tools as requested by the project. As example but not limited to Catia, PDM, etc….
      Implement the relevant methodologies like but not limited to design principles, design general rules, etc… in order to develop optimized design solutions in line with the requirements and standards.
       Develop specific design solutions considering properties for any suitable kind of material advising on the correct material and condition to be used in a particular application. Production of material specifications and data sheets. Knowledge and huge experience and experience of the various technologies associated with Metallic and composites.
       Able to control and update the different aircraft configurations ensuring clear definition on the product structure through the different versions, models and variants as requested by the program.
Qualifications Requirements:

       Bachelor above degree major in mechanical design or aircraft design
       Knowledge about metallic or composite structure design, aircraft structure design experience will be considered.
       Be familiar with metallic design principle or composite design principle.
       Basic knowledge in stress analyse, manufacturing and material technology.
       Good level of English skills in both writing and speaking.
       A plus with good CATIA skills.
R&T Project Engineer

Airbus (Beijing) Engineering Centre (ABEC) was inaugurated in mid-2005 with the main scope of business to perform Specific Design Work of airframe structures, Engineering support to manufacturing, maintenance and upgrade for Airbus products:
Structure design
       Stress analysis
System installation on structures
Material Review Board
Tooling & Jigs design and analysis
Manufacturing engineering
Maintenance, repair and overhaul
Engineering and variants upgrade versions   
Specific responsibilities of the opportunity are to:

Challenge state of the art considering new technologies for Airbus products
Participate to feasibility dossier and trade off studies to select best solution  
Build test pyramid to validate proposed concepts, define associated tests and demonstrators and perform test follow-up and analysis
Determine right level of integration and ensure compatibility of different proposals
Insure definition, specification, technical follow-up and validation of external partners work deliveries
prepare and report the status of ongoing projects
Secure development plan according to defined technology readiness level reviews in line with company requirements
Your Boarding Pass:
Technical background on Artificial Intelligence, Materials, Manufacturing Engineering, and Aero dynamic  
Relevant understanding of the research and scientific environment
Awareness of business and technology priorities
Ability to develop trusting and open relationships with internal and external partners
Ability to work with minimal supervision and in fuzzy environment
Good problem solver and ability to work well independently as well as in a collaborative environment
